No, the Fourways Loyalty Rewards programme has 2 aspects FourBucks Rewards (FB) and FourEx.
FourBucks Rewards are points calculated on a summation from a variety of different categories. Depending on the points bracket the customer falls into within the respective category, the customer will be awarded a certain number of points which add up to a total value out of 300. 1FB = R1 and the points don’t expire.
FourEx points are calculated on monthly rand turnover amount on products purchased through Fourways Group. R1 = 1 FourEx and the points expire on a specified date.
No, they do not expire, any changes to this will be communicated. Fourways Group choose to change this for whatever reason, notice will be given for you to utilise your accrued points.
No, the points of each programme are separate and cannot be exchanged for one another. The points are also non-refundable, non-exchangeable and has no cash value.
Fourbucks are earned by purchasing products from Fourways Group and are based on a variety of qualifying criteria such as turnover scores, technical callouts, google/customer reviews, online ordering, quality of installations, annual growth and Fourways branding, to name a few.

Participants must meet the required turnover targets to qualify for the incentive experience. FourEx rewards are redeemable on a first-come, first-served basis. Eligibility will be verified by Fourways Group in accordance with the programme rules. Participants are eligible for a maximum of 2 bookings per trip.
Yes, however the person attending the trip needs to be employed by the customer and be actively involved in the business of the customer and with Fourways Group.
No. Fourex cannot be exchanged for cash, Fourbucks, or alternative incentives outside of the programme. Fourex can only be redeemed for specific rewards offered within the programme, curated by Fourways Group. All rewards are pre-defined and made available by Fourways Group at its discretion. This means Fourex does not function as a flexible currency (like Fourbucks), but rather as a qualification-based incentive mechanism tied to specific experiences.
Fourex rewards are calculated at a company level, not per portal account. Experiences are limited and unlocked at specific thresholds, so higher or split turnover does not automatically result in multiple tickets or rewards. The same principle applies across all suppliers and incentive programmes – rewards are structured and not an unlimited redemption of value.
Failure to finalise a booking on one of the fourex experiences within the stipulated timeframe may result in forfeiture of the reward and the slot may be offered to the next eligible particiant. We recommend redeeming your Fourex as soon as you qualify for an experience, as availability is limited and points do not roll over.
Think of Brand Bucks as your marketing allowance for the year — just with a new name. You earn Brand Bucks based on your year‑to‑date (YTD) aircon and heat pump purchases in the current calendar year. You can then use your Brand Bucks toward approved branding and marketing initiatives like uniforms, vehicle branding, signage, and digital marketing to name a few. We’ve now made it much simpler for you to see what you have available, so you always know your balance and can plan ahead with confidence.
Brand Bucks are calculated at 1% of your year-to-date (YTD) product purchases within a calendar year. Fourways contributes 50% of approved branding costs, up to the total value of your accumulated Brand Bucks.
To qualify for and utilise Brand Bucks, the following conditions must be met:
- Your account must be in good standing
- Branding costs are shared 50/50 between Fourways and the customer, up to the available Brand Bucks balance
- All items must feature approved associated brand logos supplied by Fourways (available for download in the dealer portal)
The following documentation must be submitted for approval:
- Supplier invoice
- Artwork/layout for branding
- Proofs/Evidence of marketing collateral produced
- Customer invoice to Fourways for the agreed upon cost (for the credit to be processed on your Fourways account)
All expenses must:
- Be pre-approved by the Fourways Marketing Team
- Be incurred within the same calendar year
- Be submitted or claimed within 3 months of the invoice date
- Be submitted by 28 February of the following year (All end of year annual advertising).
Yes. Brand Bucks are valid for 14 months, which includes a 2-month grace period beyond the current calendar year (i.e. January and February of the following calendar year).
All claims for the current year must be submitted before the end of February the following year to qualify.
Brand Bucks can be used toward approved marketing and branding activities. Marketing activities are approved branding and promotional initiatives that help build awareness and increase visibility of the brand, show active support for the brand and support demand and sales. This can include items like Branded clothing and uniforms, vehicle branding, signage and branded materials, traditional advertising, digital and social campaigns, promotions/competitions, basically any approved activities that help you market the brand professionally to your customers.
All applications must include approved brand logos supplied by Fourways.
To process a claim, please provide:
- Supplier invoice
- Artwork/layout for branding
- Proofs/Evidence of marketing collateral produced
- Customer invoice to Fourways for the agreed upon cost (for the credit to be processed on your Fourways account)
Once all required documentation has been received and approved, credits on accounts are passed within the month of the expense being received, and will reflect on your next statement.
Please note that any campaign and all costs associated with any new marketing and advertising needs to be approved by Fourways Group Marketing prior to booking should you wish to claim these funds back from Fourways.
Dealers account will be credited with the total value of the marketing invoices submitted, refunds are not paid to dealer account unless specially arranged under specially unique circumstances
